Ecopower International offers all necessary Project Development Services like project preparation and planning, feasibility studies and commercial aspects such as stakeholder management, project structuring, site lease contracts, financial engineering and Financing (debt and equity). Furthermore we also take care of the technical aspects of project development such as resource and site analysis, permitting and Environmental Impact Studies, technical engineering, equipment procurement and contracting (PPA, EPC O&M etc), construction supervision and operations and maintenance setup and management.
The business model of Ecopower International is based on flexibility in order to custom set-up each project development team according to the project originators/client(s) (usually local partner) requirements and needs. Ecopower International prefers to work with strong local partners which whom it can, together with its international relations (suppliers, contractors, investors and financial institutions), forge partnerships for the successful development and realization of projects. Ecopower International provides the overall project management and, depending on capabilities and experience of the client(s), will perform more detailed services. In principal the local partner, supported by Ecopower International, will be responsible for all local activities (like permitting, site lease contracts, local energy sales) where Ecopower takes care of all international activities (EPC, O&M, Financing, contracting etc.).
