Sergio Saleh (Business Development lawyer) Sergio Saleh (1970) is the lawyer of Ecopower International. He is responsible for legal related issues of the company and projects. Mr. Saleh started working in 1997 as a corporate lawyer for KPMG. In 1999 he was admitted as an attorney by the Court of Justice of Aruba, Curacao, St. Martin and of Bonaire, St. Eustatius and Saba. As an attorney he worked for different law firms in Curacao and Aruba from 1999 to 2004. In 2005 he was co-founder of the law firm Thomson & Saleh Law Offices, established in Curacao. He is member of the Order of Lawyers and the Antillean Lawyers Association. Professional experience In the course of his career he has, as leading legal advisor, assisted an extensive number of clients in numerous civil law issues related mainly to mergers, all sorts of corporate ventures, contracting in general, corporate law, labor law, off shore businesses, gaming, telecommunication, aviation and general business advices. He is an experienced litigator in civil law cases and administrative law cases. Mr. Saleh was involved as legal advisor for the Bonaire wind-diesel projects. Education Mr. Saleh has a doctorate in law at the Tilburg University, the Netherlands (September 1996) and numerous legal post-doctorate courses. He is fluent in English, Spanish, Dutch and Papiamento.
